HCEF Summer Reading Bash

The Hernando County Education Foundation is excited to host our Summer Reading Bash. The Summer Reading Bash will take place each Wednesday during summer from June 23, 2021, to August 4, 2021 (excluding the week of 07/05/2021) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Summer Reading Bash is a free event for students and families.

We invite you to join us each Wednesday this summer to help bridge the education gap due to summer learning loss and encourage reading among our students. Tell a friend and bring your family to the Hernando County Education Foundation. This event offers free summer reading take-home packs, arts and crafts, free lunch for students, celebrity readers, food trucks, frozen treats, prizes for students, games, activities, free resources, and so much more!

Please note: Parents will be required to stay with their children for the duration of the Summer Reading Bash.
