First Round Funding:
• Grant Submission Deadline Date: September 08, 2026
• Grant Committee Recommendation to HCEF Board Date: September 11 ,2026
• HCEF Board Approval Date: September 17, 2026
• HCSD Board Approval Date: TBD
• Approved Grant Award Submitted to Schools: September 30, 2026
• Approved Grant Mid-Year Report Due to HCEF: January 5, 2027
• Approved Grant End of Year Report due to HCEF: May 3, 2027
Second Round Funding:
• Grant Submission Deadline Date: October 9, 2026
• Grant Committee Recommendation to HCEF Board Date: October 12, 2026
• HCEF Board Approval Date: October 15, 2026
