Jessica Zimmerman

Jessica Zimmerman is the Director of Service Center Operations at Suncoast Credit Union, where she leads teams dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences, developing future leaders, and advancing operational excellence. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, including 10 years in financial services and 10 years in retail management.

A lifelong advocate for education and community engagement, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Hodges University after transferring from Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC). She is a proud graduate of Central High School and currently serves as a board member of the Pasco-Hernando State College Foundation. Jessica has also been a longtime volunteer with Youth Thrive Florida, supporting initiatives that strengthen opportunities and outcomes for youth.

Jessica’s passion for education is both personal and professional. As the mother of two daughters enrolled in Hernando County schools, she understands the vital role that educators, school employees, and community partners play in shaping student success. Her commitment also aligns closely with Suncoast Credit Union’s mission. Founded by educators, Suncoast continues to invest in and support teachers, school district employees, students, and their families throughout the communities it serves.

As President-Elect of the Hernando County Education Foundation, Jessica is honored to help advance the Foundation’s mission of empowering students, supporting educators, and building strong community partnerships that create lasting opportunities for future generations.
