Gus Guadagnino, Ex-Officio Board Member

Gus Guadagnino is a longtime Hernando County business and community leader and the owner of Joni Industries, a Brooksville-based promotional marketing company. A Hernando County resident since the 1980s, Gus has built a legacy of service through decades of involvement in education, business, nonprofit leadership, and community initiatives.

Gus previously served on the Hernando County School Board and has held leadership roles with numerous local organizations, including the Hernando County Education Foundation, Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties, Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Council, and Hernando County Manufacturers Association. His longstanding commitment to education and workforce development has been a consistent focus throughout his community service.

In 2017, Gus founded Veterans H.E.A.T. Factory, an organization dedicated to honoring, empowering, assisting, and training veterans and first responders. His commitment to serving others has earned him numerous community and business recognitions over the years.

Gus attended New York City Community College and has spent much of his professional life as an entrepreneur and advocate for the Hernando County community.

Despite his many professional and civic accomplishments, Gus considers his family among his greatest blessings. He and his wife, Annmarie, are longtime Hernando County residents and have two adult children, Nicole and Joseph.

Gus continues to be a passionate supporter of education, veterans, first responders, local businesses, and the community he has proudly called home for more than four decades.
